We are using the AfterGame app to manage ticket sales and table bookings for NinchCon.
This page is a guide to booking a ticket to attend NinchCon and reserving a seat at the game tables.

When you first click on the registration link you will be prompted to sign up to AfterGame (if you don't already have an account).
While this may seem an unnecessary step, it has the benefit of allowing you to use the AfterGame app to manage your game schedule and receive notifications of any changes leading up to the event. IF you prefer not to use the app then you can also use the website.
PS/ This is also the app that we use for our weekly club games.
Choose which method you wish to use to login to the AfterGame app.
Click on the SELECT TICKETS button.
A new window will open that shows the available ticket types. You may need to scroll down to see all ticket types.
Select the type and quantity of tickets that you wish to purchase. You can select multiple tickets and use those to reserve seats in games for yourself and/or friends.
Note that to play in the tournament you MUST purchase the add-on tournament ticket.
Enter your payment details in the screen provided.
The system will then display a QR code and your ticket details below.
You will also receive an email confirming your ticket details.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you interrupt the ticket payment process then your booking will be in a "Reserved" status and you will not see the QR code or email. You HAVE NOT completed the ticket purchase process.
After booking your tickets you can view them via the VIEW TICKETS button (shown underlined).
Next you need to view the game schedule to reserve a seat at any games that you wish to play (shown circled).
The games are sorted by date and time.
Click on a game to read its full description and to book a seat.
Note that we are seeking more games for the schedule. View the READ ME game (top of the list) if you'd like to run a game at the convention.
You can attend any game on the day, but pre-booking a seat ensures your spot.
Games that you have reserved a seat in will be visible in the MY SCHEDULE link (shown above).
Please remember that this is our first year running NinchCon, plus we are using a new game and ticketing system.
